Neighborhood PlanThe 'Neighborhood Plan continues to come together. The purpose of the plan is to give the city commissioners a document, of how the neighborhood wishes to grow. Bonnie, our IH president, has done extensive research in formulating a guide to this document. She suggest going to http://www.charlottesville.org/index.aspx?page=1267 to get an idea of what other communities have done successfully.
